Depressed Nose
The depressed nose usually is congenital as per your heredity or may be due to previous surgery where your septum is removed excessively. This causes depression in the center part of the dorsum of the nose. This may be associated with Leprosy or post-traumatic cases also. It may be associated with skin adhesions or shortening of the skin. We may correct it with septal reconstruction or rib graft.
