The surgical methodologies of hair transplantation have come a long way since the early days. However, the by-product of the procedure is still unavoidable in scarring. Hair naturally doesn't develop in scar tissue as hair follicles don't grow in a scar. Hair follicles are capsules below the skin which hold and replenish hair. Helping them to grow as well as regenerate blood vessels under follicles. But hair follicles don't grow back when a scar structures on skin damage. Because scars are made of thick fiber tissue known as collagen that shapes the skin below.
It leaves no room in some cases for hair follicles, blood vessels, or even nervousness. It is not like frequent skin so that a typical hair transplant in which the hair is embedded into emerging follicles is not acceptable for skin tissue.
