The bulbous nose is one of the difficult problems .this type of patients have very thick skin cover which does not allow any of inner shape to come and show out on nose tip. So the nose becomes bulbous without any shape. Even with surgery, we cannot thin out the skin much but most of the patients improve quite a lot with surgery. The need to understand the anatomical limitation with their own body. You may not get a sharp tip if your skin is thick. In thick skin people, the cartilages are not developed well to bear weight of the thick envelope.
