Vaginoplasty involves creating a functional vaginal canal using tissue from the penile and scrotal skin. Orchiectomy involves the removal of the testicles, which can be done separately or in combination with vaginoplasty. Labiaplasty involves reshaping the labia to create a more feminine appearance.
